Optical Drives - DVD Reader ROM SATA

With a rapid growth in disc based media, optical drives have never been more essential. Most drivers, software and games still come on disc which requires a reader or writer in order to install.

Sata drives connect directly to the motherboard via a thin cable which is usually red. These DVD readers allow the user to read data stored on a CD or DVD such as music & video files or documents.

Sata drives fit directly into the 5.25" bay on the front of a desktop computer and have disc trays which eject outwards to place the disc into.
