Sumvision E844 External 2.5 Inch IDE Hard Drive Enclosure USB 2.0 Black

This 2.5" laptop sized enclosure from Sumvision houses any 2.5" IDE laptop hard drives turning them into an external enclosure.

This enclosure includes a screwdriver and is easily assembled by just unscrewing 2 screws and inserting any 2.5 inch hard drive.

Once the hard drive is inserted it will need to be formatted or you can format before it is put together.

This item is just the enclosure and does not come with a hard drive. Only a P-ATA (IDE) 2.5 Inch hard drive will fit in this enclosure.

Instructions to format :-

Right click my computer.
Click manage.
Go to disk managment.
A popup should come up keep clicking next to initialise.
Finally right click the darker shaded drive and click format.

This enclosure is powered from USB resulting in no addition power cables for when you are on the move!
