The Sumvision Cyclone HD2 Full HD 1080p Media Player & Recorder supports all popular 1080p HD video formats currently available on the market. The enclosure only requires a hard drive allowing you to store all your media files. The Sumvision Cyclone HD2 MKV Full HD 1080p Media Player & Recorder can act as a Samba client, you can stream media from your PC directly to your player!

Supports Lots of Popular Formats - The Cyclone HD2 Lite supports many popular 1080p high definition video formats currently available on the market. Formats and video codecs supported include H.264 MKV Xvid MPEG 2-TS RMVB and WMV9.

Supports SATA HDD and USB 2.0 Host - Built-in storage unit lets you add your own SATA hard disk drive to store all your media files. The HD2 Lite can support hard drive capacities of up to 2TB. With USB 2.0 support you can plug external storage devices such as HDD or flash drives and play them directly through the HD2 Lite. Together with an internal 2TB HDD and an external 2TB HDD you can potentially get 4TB of media storage and playback to your TV.

LAN Samba Client - The Cyclone HD2 Lite can act as a Samba client allowing you to stream media from your PC directly to your player. Play standard and high definition media fast and efficiently with no slowdown.

BitTorrent Client - Built-in BitTorrent client allows you to download large files such as Linux distributions straight to the player's HDD. No need to keep your PC switched on therefore saving you energy costs.
