PC Monitor Displays

Monitors connect directly into the back of the video card or motherboard allowing you to display visuals.

Monitors come in many different sizes, resolutions and types. The screen size is the physical size diagonally of the screen but the resolution is the number of pixels across by the number of pixel down that the screen can display. The more pixels, the clearer the image will appear.

Resolution is not always proportionate to the size of screen so it is important to consider both before purchase. Monitors also have different connection types ranging from VGA (Analogue) to DVI and HDMI (Digital), where digital signal will give a greater quality of image.
