Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Credit/Debit card payments, Paypal and also if local to Dundee cash on delivery and collection. No surcharge is used for any payment methods, we incur the cost of processing rather than passing it onto you the customer.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And HandlingYou will get a choice of postage method depending on the weight and location the item is going to.
For small items under 1kg we use Royal Mail recorded delivery, which is a first class service and is trackable via a reference number.
Larger orders are all sent via Interlink Express Courier and are all insured for. Items can easily be tracked via this service and we have found to be the best courier service at a reasonable price to you the customer.
We also offer Parcerlforce delivery and if not home they will deliver to local post office.
NOTE: Should the courier have to make a 3rd attempt at delivery (after 2 unsuccessful attempts), they make an extra charge of £5 for this. (this can be avoided by collecting from their local depot). If the courier has to return the goods to ourselves due to there being nobody available to receive ityou will be refunded the cost of your order MINUS the courier charges BOTH ways as Couriers charge us to return the goods to ourselves.
Delivery ScheduleWe work 7 days a week but courier and post office work weekdays which are Monday to Friday.
We pack orders Saturday and Sunday but these will not be collected until Monday to leave our warehouse.
The majority of the time orders will go out same day if ordered before 3pm, if not usually the next working day they are processed and sent out.
We dont give any guarantee for next day delivery and orders can take up to one week. We cannot be held responsible for any late parcels affecting your business etc.
Some items on our website have a lead time to get built such as external hard drives and computer systems as we need to build and test so please check the description.
Also we have some items that we ship from our other warehouse so please check the description of items before purchasing.
Royal mail is not next day but in most cases it does arrive and you need to wait 21 days before a claim and new item can be sent out.
Fast delivery is out priority as we know our customers want to order and recieve their goods in the shortest possible time and especially if consumables with could have run out and waiting on replacments.
Interlink express and Parcelforce deliver on weekdays Monday to Friday, there are no deliveries on a Saturday or Sunday. If the order leaves our warehouse on a Friday it will be delivered on the Monday. Bank holidays there will be not collections or deliveries and the collection will be made on the next available working day for normal delivery schedule.
Back OrdersIf your item is not in stock, we will back order for you if it is possible.. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
99.9% of our items are in stock and we have live stock control unlike other companies which drop ship many products direct from their supplier meaning they do not have full control over dispatch.
Tax ChargesFor orders made from the UK 20.00% VAT is added. All prices you view on the website are inclusive of VAT and only when added to basket will the VAT be broken down to show the costings.
Credit Card SecurityAll Credit / Debit card numbers are processed by a 3rd party payment provider, we NEVER get access to your payment information. This is for your security and also ours as we do not want to be in possesion of your valuable data.
GuaranteeWe guarantee your satisfaction. All our products carry a 30 day guarantee of quality and if you are not happy you can return the items for a full refund as long as they are in the original condition and packaging they were sent out in.
All items other than consumables such as Inks, Paper, CD and DVD disks etc carry a full 1 year warranty direct with 3000rpm unless otherwise stated.
Some items may have additional warranty outwith the 1 year period but this would be direct with the manufacturer.
All Epson printers have a 30 day warranty with 3000rpm and the rest of the 1 year is direct with Epson. They have many service centres up and down the country which you can find more information about on http://www.epson.co.uk

Returns PolicyAny product that needs to be returned has to be sent back to us (return to base).
To arrange to return an item or report something damaged you need to email us on orders [at] 3000rpm [dot] com or go to 3000rpm.com and click on contact us to submit a ticket. We are unable to do this over the phone as we need to send information to yourself and also to keep track of the query.
You will pay the postage costs for returning item and we will check the product and if it is faulty or damaged then it will be replaced. If there is nothing wrong however and the goods are perfectly ok and work then they will be returned to you and you will need to pay the postage to cover this. (unless returned within 7 days from receipt - customer still responsible for postage costs).
Postage refunds for items sent back to us that were damaged or faulty within the first 30 days will be issued but only after the items have come back to us and at reasonable costs, more information about this will be given on our RMA form.
If goods are delivered damaged then you need to let us know within 24 hours or receipt or we will not be held liable.
Right to Cancel - Unwanted Items
You may cancel the contract at any time but no later than 7 working days after the day you received the product by sending the notice of cancellation by email ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number or where you have already received the goods, following our returns authorisation procedure by contacting 3000rpm.com by email or phone. We will provide you with a returns authorisation number along with details on how and where to send your item. Wrap the item securely and include the original invoice along with your returns authorisation number. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
We will refund you via your original payment method once we have received and processed the item as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of notice of cancellation. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to 3000rpm.com or if you fail to return goods you will be liable for any charges incurred in relation to attempts to collect the goods.
